Journal Entries
Two articles from my journal, about my thoughts and feelings on the lessons that have helped me.
THINK IN COMPOSITION - is a key saying which has helped me when i improvise, it allows me to be free and just feel the movement as it comes, making if flow and meaningful to what i'm doing but meaningful to be as a person not just a dancer.
MARIONETTE STRINGS - this is an image which came from Skinner Release Technique and it helps me with my posture and allignment. It allows me to imagine that i'm growing taller but still being soft within my body, including my bones, muscles and organs.
